PURPOSE: A device for removing the eyeballs and mouth of cuttlefishes is provided to improve productivity through an efficient mechanical work and to obtain the clean head of the cuttlefishes. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing the eyeballs and mouth of cuttlefishes includes a driving unit (100), a pressing unit (120), a removal unit (130), and a tray (111). The tray is formed with eyeballs insertion holes and mouth insertion holes. The driving unit can rotate and stop the tray. The pressing unit presses the upper surface of a cuttlefish head so that the eyeballs and mouth of the cuttlefish head on the tray can protrude from the bottom of the eyeballs insertion hole and mouth insertion hole. The removal unit removes the eyeballs and mouth of the cuttlefish head. |
