PURPOSE: A nonwoven fabric for filter and production method are provided to prevent generation of dusts, to actualize continuous production, to reduce manufacturing cost and to have a high penetration flow rate and a chlorine removal rate compared to a water purifier filter which uses a previous carbon filter. CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric for filter has the amine group. The production method of the nonwoven fabric for the use of filter includes steps below. The step in which treats nonwoven fabric using one or more of method selected from a group of the low temperature induced plasma, a radiation and corona. The treatment steps of the low temperature induced plasma, radiation and corona is conducted under existence of amine gas. The nonwoven fabric for filter is hydrophilic. The amine group is one or more of di-methyl amine, tri-methyl amine, ammonia, ethanol amine and ethylene amine. The nonwoven fabric comprises the polypropylene or the polyester. The oxygen or helium is used as a catalyst in the treatment process of the low temperature induced plasma, the radiation and the corona. |
