PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus of high energy saving capable of performing an efficient heat recovery operation by controlling a transportation amount on a bathtub side during a heat recovery operation.SOLUTION: A hot water supply apparatus includes a hot water storage tank 1, a bathtub 3, a heat exchanger 4 which exchanges heat between the hot water in the hot water storage tank 1 and that in the bathtub 3, a transportation means 5b which transports the hot water in the bathtub 3 to the heat exchanger 4 and returns it into the bathtub 3 again, and a control means 18. During a heat recovery operation in which the heat of the hot water in the bathtub 3 is recovered into the hot water in the hot water storage tank 1, the amount of transportation by the transportation means 5b is changed based on the amount of hot water in the bathtub 3. |
