PURPOSE: A circuit protection device improves high-frequency impedance by preparing a magnetic core having permeability different from a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic core (200) is formed in the center of the inside of a laminate (100). A coil (300) is wound vertically to surround the magnetic core. An electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection unit (400) is connected to the coil by being disposed inside the laminate. First and second extraction electrodes (510, 520) are connected to the coil and the ESD protection unit respectively, and are drawn out to the outside of the laminate. First and second external electrodes (610, 620) are connected to the first and second extraction electrodes on the laminate, respectively.
