PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a developing device in which a pressure pad 27 contacts a pressure roller 26 and is covered with a slide sheet 28 so as to improve slidability of the pressure pad 27, and the pressure roller 26 has a crown shape having a different outer diameter in the longitudinal direction, the tip shape of a slide sheet 28 has to be extended along the outer shape of the pressure roller 26 so as to prevent the occurrence of an image having glossiness unevenness due to pressure release.SOLUTION: A folding part 28a on a pressure roller 26-side of a slide sheet 28 is folded to have a shape extending along a shape of a pressure roller 26, so as to make pressure distribution in a longitudinal direction uniform to prevent an image having glossiness unevenness due to pressure release. |
