PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a lightweight building foundation in which the center axis of a column of a lightweight building structure can be connected and supported at a pile tip of a steel pipe pile at a predetermined installation position even if the center axis of the steel pipe pile having been submerged is misaligned, and the column of the lightweight building structure can be connected and supported at the pile tip of the steel pipe pile relatively easily without being tilted even if a cut plane of the pile tip of the steel pipe pile is inclined relative to a horizontal plane.SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 6 installed in the ground is cut to a desired length, and while a mounting hole 21 bored in the center of a support plate 2 is held by a pile tip 61 of the steel pipe pile 6, an inner periphery of the mounting hole 21 of the support plate 2 and the pile tip 61 are welded and fixed; and an adjusting connection plate 3 is fixed to a top surface of the support plate 2 which is wider than the pile tip 61 while moved and adjusted to be aligned with the center axis (k) of the column of the lightweight building structure, and lower fastening metal fittings 32 threadably engaging a screw rod 31 of the adjusting connection plate 3 is finely adjusted. |
