PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring used electric energy in a building capable of easily calculating used electric energy in the case that a remote control system using remote switching equipment connected to the existing electric equipment to perform an on/off operation by remote operation is introduced, and a method for comparatively strictly grasping an introduction effect of the remote control system.SOLUTION: A relay switch 14 whose operation is controlled by a CPU 11 is placed between a ceiling illumination to be a remote control object and a power supply 6 of a commercial power supply. An on/off operation of the relay switch 14 is performing by an operation signal transmitted from a server, and an on/off state of the ceiling illumination is individually recorded. Used electric energy of the ceiling illumination operated by an on signal is calculated. The used electric energy is made to be comparable with used electric energy when switching on and off all illuminations in the case that a main witch 2 switches on/off the ceiling illumination. |
