PURPOSE: A method for repairing damaged bushings is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by efficiently repairing the damaged bushings and reusing the repaired bushings. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether damaged bushings are repaired by inspecting the damaged bushings (110). The damaged bushings are cleaned by chemical materials (120). The damaged parts of the bushings are removed by a first grinding process (130). The removed parts of the bushings are patched and are firstly hardened (140). The bushings are secondly grounded (150). The surfaces of the bushings are coated twice or more times with polymers (160). The bushings are secondly hardened (170). The final test including a vacuum test is performed (180).
