PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all solid state battery improved in cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: An all solid state battery includes a negative electrode layer and an electrolyte layer containing an inorganic solid electrolyte. In the all solid state battery, a retention rate of a discharge capacity after 100 cycles is 50% or more, under a charge/discharge cycle condition where constant current (CC) charging till 2.65 V at 0.2 C is performed, constant voltage (CV) charging till a current of 0.01 C at a voltage of 2.65 V is performed, and constant current (CC) charging till 0.6 V at 0.2 C is performed. |
