PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard fence for road having a glare-proof plate, without interference with other road accessories to be attached to a pole and without interference with snow removal.SOLUTION: Since a light shielding plate 4 in a standing state is attached on the top face of a pole cap 3 arranged at the top edge of the pole 1, the light shielding plate 4 is remarkably easily attached and the protrusion of the light shielding plate toward the road side is reduced so that the work such as snow removing can be efficiently performed. The central part of the light shielding plate 4 is clamped between support bars 5 arranged on both of the front and rear sides, respectively, along the vertical direction. A support bar attachment part 7 erected from a base plate 6 attached to the top face of the support cap 3 is clamped between the lower parts of the respective support bars 5 projecting downward from the lower edge of the light shielding plate 4. Consequently the base plate 6 and the light shielding plate 4 are firmly fixed to each other with a relatively simple structure. |
