PURPOSE: An apparatus for quickly manufacturing a golf ball paper box is provided to synchronize the actuation of a motor by each part, thereby minimizing cycle time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for quickly manufacturing a golf ball paper box includes a sheet feeding part (200), a sheet punching part (300), and a sheet transferring part (400). The sheet feeding part absorbs sheets with a vacuum pad one by one, rotates the vacuum pad in order to level the sheet absorbed by the vacuum pad with the ground, and then drop the sheet with releasing the vacuum of the vacuum pad. The sheet punching part mounts the sheet from the sheet feeding part on a roller part, generates a half-finished box with punching the sheet on the roller part, and ejects the previously punched box into the roller part with punching the sheet fed to the upper side of the half-finished box. The sheet transferring part provides the mounting space of the roller part, and repeats a horizontal transfer in which the roller part is firstly transferred in a horizontal direction and is secondly transferred to an initial position. Through a folding process, the sheet transferring part folds the flap of the firstly transferred half-finished box to inside the half-finished box. |
