PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively create a three-dimensional model capable of differentiating a plurality of structures.SOLUTION: A liver region extraction unit 14 and a structure extraction unit 16 extract, from a 3D image V0, a liver region and structures such as the hepatic artery and hepatic veins. A surface data generation unit 18 generates surface data of the liver region and the structures. A pattern application unit 20 applies a rugged pattern to the surface of at least one of the liver region and the structures. A data generation unit 22 combines the surface data of the liver region and the structures, with the rugged pattern applied thereto, to generate 3D model data. On the basis of the 3D model data, a 3D model creation device 30 creates a 3D model of the liver. |
