PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification device capable of improving the performance of purifying a purification target gas.SOLUTION: A purification device 1 forms minute air bubbles 12 that contain organic substances by an air bubble generator 20, in pooled water 11 pooled in a water tank 10, and crushes the air bubbles 12 by irradiating the pooled water 11 with ultrasonic waves by an oscillator 50 to generate hydroxyl radicals around the air bubbles 12. The organic substances inside the air bubbles 12 are decomposed by the hydroxyl radicals generated around the air bubbles 12. |
