PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection device and a visual inspection method, capable of preventing secular variable unevenness in inspection accuracy of a visual inspection device by a simple method.SOLUTION: Initial calibration processing in which data for calibration used for calibration of a measured value in inspection processing is created and stored on the basis of the measured value extracted from image information obtained by imaging a first calibration jig prepared as a reference jig and secular calibration processing for correcting the data for calibration on the basis of the measured value extracted from image information obtained by imaging a second calibration jig for secular correction arranged for correcting secular variation are executed at a pre-set prescribed timing, respectively. As a result, secular variable unevenness in inspection accuracy of a visual inspection device can be prevented by a simple method. |
