PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant activator promoting greatly growth of a rice plant in cultivation of the rice plant by a paddy field, and to provide a method for producing the plant activator.SOLUTION: A method for producing a plant activator includes a roasting step S1 of roasting a shell, a shell liquid extraction step S2 of cooling gas discharged at that time, and extracting shell liquid as culture fluid of a plant, and a volume reduction step S3 of reducing a volume of the roasted shell. Oyster is mainly used as the shell. The method also includes a step S4 of preparing the volume-reduced shell obtained in the volume reduction step as a land improving material. |
