PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water circulating device of an intercooler capable of minimally restraining quantity of cooling water leaking from the intercooler when stopping an engine, even if damage or the like is caused in the intercooler.SOLUTION: In an intake passage 12 of an internal combustion engine 10, an intercooler 20 for cooling air supercharged by a compressor 14 by cooling water, is arranged on the downstream side of the compressor 14 of a supercharger. The intercooler 20 is connected with an introducing passage 25 for introducing the cooling water to the intercooler 20 and a deriving passage 29 for deriving the cooling water from the intercooler 20, and the cooling water circulated between them. An opening-closing mechanism 30 closes the introducing passage 25 and the deriving passage 29 when stopping the engine, and opens the introducing passage 25 and the deriving passage 29 when operating the engine. |
