PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication abnormality diagnostic device capable of specifying causes of the suspension of intercommunication.SOLUTION: An engine control unit 100 and a motor control unit 60 perform intercommunication through a CAN (communication network) 80. The motor control unit 60 determines the existence of voltage drop to the motor control unit 60 when the intercommunication is suspended. Then, when determining that there is the existence of voltage drop at the time of the suspension of intercommunication, the motor control unit 60 specifies that the causes of the suspension of intercommunication is resulted from abnormality of a power supply section 65 for supplying power to the motor control unit 60. Further, when determining that there is no existence of voltage drop at the time of the suspension of intercommunication, the motor control unit 60 specifies that the causes of the suspension of intercommunication is resulted from abnormality of the CAN 80. |
