PURPOSE: A pressing stone is provided to smoothly perform the fermentation and the aging of food in the optimum condition. CONSTITUTION: A valley unit (1) formed of a groove and a hole (2) formed of a through-hole are formed on the upper side of a pressing stone for aged food. A concave unit (25) is formed on the upper side of the pressing stone. A second valley unit (20) in a groove form is formed on the concave unit. A furrow expansion unit (27) is formed on the lower side of the valley unit. The hole has a slope surface (60) toward the lower side. The pressing stone is formed of one material selected from a glass material, or a germanium containing material. |
