PURPOSE: The number of arm exercise and energy consumption can be measure during indoor weight training based on a wireless sensor network. CONSTITUTION: A motion measurer (100) is attached to an arm of a user, measures the movement of the arm, and collects measured motion data. A gateway (200) communicates with the motion measurer through a WSN (Wireless Sensor Network), and relays a signal in order to make exchanging information between the motion measurer and other device possible. A mobile server device (300) is a terminal which the user carries, receives motion data from the gateway through wireless communications, and measures whether arm exercise is performed and energy consumption by processing motion data.
