PURPOSE: A window integrated touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent nonuniformity of a transparent conductive layer, consequent pattern disconnection and sensitivity degradation of the touch screen panel. CONSTITUTION: A decoration layer(3) is formed on a bezel unit of a cover window. A transparent insulating layer(5) is formed on the cover window and the decoration layer. A first transparent conductive layer(6) is formed on the transparent insulating layer. A metal conductive layer(7) is formed on the first transparent conductive layer. A contact surface between the transparent insulating layer and the first transparent conductive layer is flat. An adhesive layer(8) covers the first transparent conductive layer and the metal conductive layer. A second transparent conductive layer(9) is separated from the first transparent conductive layer by the adhesive layer. A substrate is formed on the second transparent conductive layer. |
