PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing a powder-molding product are provided to apply power in a direction opposite to a pressing force on at least one among a plurality of pressing connection units, thereby stably controlling the pressurization of powder. CONSTITUTION: A method and a device (1) includes a die (11), a lower punch (21), an upper punch (31), an upper punch driving unit, an upper platen (71), DDV type servo driving systems (72) for pressing, and a control unit. The upper punch is arranged on the upper side of the die to be advanced and retreated to/from a filling unit. The DDV type servo driving systems are formed on the upper platen and connected to the upper punch via pressing connection units. The control unit generates power in a direction opposite to a pressing force of the DDV type servo driving systems on at least one among the pressing connection units before the upper punch presses powder inside the filling unit.
