<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a photo active layer for solar cell is provided to manufacture a very dense and uniform crystalline compound semiconductor film with a large area. CONSTITUTION: A precursor ink is manufactured by mixing two or more inks selected from an ink group including a first ink, a second ink, and a third ink. The first ink contains a first monomer precursor which includes indium (In), gallium (Ga), and selenium (Se). The second ink contains a second monomer precursor which includes In and Se. The third ink contains a third monomer precursor which includes Ga and Se. The precursor ink is applied to a substrate to form a coating layer. The coating layer is dried and heat-treated.</p> |
