PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meshing chain type advance-retreat operation device for attaining stable advance-retreat operation by avoiding abrasion damage and a mechanical loss with a chain guide member by attaining miniaturization, lowering of a floor and space saving by reducing the number of part items such as a driving sprocket and a reduction gear while restraining vibration in the chain longitudinal direction apt to be caused by the advance-retreat operation of a meshing chain.SOLUTION: A meshing chain type advance-retreat operation device includes a pair of meshing chains 110 and 110 for forming a chain rigid part, a chain driving nut 120 for forming a spiral chain driving groove 121 on an inner peripheral surface for forming a hollow chain passage, a hollow motor for rotationally driving the chain driving nut 120, and a chain driving projection 112a formed on an intermediate tooth plate 112 of the meshing chain 110 and engaged with the chain driving groove 121. |
