PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device capable of being charged from another device.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission system 10 comprises a ground side transmission device 11 and vehicle side transmission device 12 which are coupled so as to be capable of transmitting power in a non-contact manner by a ground side coupler 21 and vehicle side coupler 41. The ground side transmission device 11 and vehicle side transmission device 12 include a route (charge route) for transmitting power to charge a battery 13 and a route (discharge route) for discharging the battery 13 through the vehicle side transmission device 12 and ground side transmission device 11. The ground side coupler 21 in the ground side transmission device 11 is connected to a filter 25 or rectifier 28 by a relay 27. The relay 27 is connected to the rectifier 28 after completion of power transmission to the vehicle side transmission device 12.
