PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless feed system for lighting and a luminaire that suppress the occurrence of an overcurrent or overvoltage when actuating a light emitting element irrespective of a relative positional relationship between a transmitting unit and a receiving unit.SOLUTION: The contactless feed system for lighting includes: a transmitting unit 2 having a high frequency power supply section 4 including switching elements Q1-Q4, and a transmitting coil 5; and a receiving unit 3 having a receiving coil 6, a light emitting element 10a, and a lighting circuit section 18 for lighting the light emitting element 10a. The receiving unit 3 has a detection section 13 for detecting a current flowing through the light emitting element 10a, and a transmission section 14 capable of transmitting a detection signal from the detection section 13 to the transmitting unit 2 by wireless communication. The transmitting unit 2 has a reception section 17 capable of receiving the detection signal from the transmission section 14, and a control section 20 for controlling the switching elements Q1-Q4. The control section 20 controls the switching elements Q1-Q4 on the basis of the detection signal such that the current increases with elapsed time when the light emitting element 10a is actuated. |
