PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a resin member that can restrain the rotation and deviation of a resin member.SOLUTION: A fastening structure of a resin member includes a plate-like metal member 12 having a through-hole 12A, and a plate-like resin member 14 superimposed on the metal member 12. A cylindrical part 16A of a metal collar 16 is inserted in a hole part 14A formed in the resin member 14. The collar 16 includes a flange part 16B formed at one end of the cylindrical part 16A having a bolt through-hole 18, and a spike-like protrusion 28 projected to the resin member 14 side from the resin member 14 side surface of the flange part 16B. A shank 20A of a bolt 20 is allowed to penetrate the bolt through-hole 18 of the collar 16 and the through-hole 12A of the metal member 12 from the resin member 14 side, and a nut 22 is screwed from the metal member 12 side to fasten and fix the metal member 12 and the resin member 14 to each other. Axial force in this fastening causes the protrusion 28 of the collar 16 to bite into the resin member 14. |
