PURPOSE: A frying device using frying oil and water is provided to prevent water from being heated to high temperature by minimizing the contact area of frying oil and water. CONSTITUTION: A frying device(100) comprises a frying oil tank(120), a water tank(110), a connector(130), and an exhaust pipe(132). The lower side of the frying oil tank is formed with a guide incline(121). The frying oil tank stores frying oil inside. One side of the water tank is equipped with a water supply pipe(111). The water tank stores water inside. The cross-section of the connector is smaller than the cross-section of the frying oil tank. The connector is connected to the water tank. One end of the exhaust pipe is connected to the connector. The other side of the exhaust pipe is formed with an outlet(133) to be higher than the connector. |
