PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent components of a lock device from being damaged and a defective operation from getting anxious to be induced, even when a control lever is operated to an unlock side mistakenly by a strong force in the state in which a lock pin is held at a lock position, in a lock device for a tent used between a column body and a beam body configuring a tent or between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder of the column body.SOLUTION: A lock device for a tent comprises: a lock base which is provided in such a manner as to be ascendable/descendable relatively to the column body in which a lock hole is formed; a lock pin which is provided in a longitudinally movable manner in the lock base, turnably around a longitudinal axis, and which can be shifted between a locking position to plunge into the lock hole and an unlocking position to come off from the lock hole; an elastic body which is provided on the lock base so as to constantly urge the lock pin to a locking position side; a control lever which is oscillatably provided in the lock base so as to enable the lock pin to be operated to the unlocking position; and a release mechanism which releases engagement between the lock pin and the control lever while enabling the lock pin to move in a longitudinal direction. |
