PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy costs by minimizing an operation of a hydraulic pump.SOLUTION: A vulcanizer information data transmission device, a hydraulic control PLC, and a hydraulic unit control device are interposed between a vulcanizer group and a hydraulic unit. The vulcanizer information data transmission device transmits vulcanizer information data including identification information for identifying the respective vulcanizers and information on vulcanizing operations of the respective vulcanizers. The hydraulic control PLC is connected to the respective vulcanizer information data transmission devices through a network, and finds time-series data (flow rate data) on a hydraulic flow rate that the vulcanizer group requires based upon respective pieces of vulcanizer information data. The hydraulic unit control device performs operation control over the hydraulic pump based upon the flow rate data. |
