<p>PURPOSE: A method for unlocking a screen and performing a secret work by using a finger tap is provided to strengthen security about encrypted information of a user from a peep attack or a smudge attack, etc. CONSTITUTION: A calculating module (330) recognizes the number of touch points which taps a touch screen when tapping the touch screen. The calculating module performs a user authentication by using the number of the touch points. The number of the touch points is the number of fingers which perform touches with the touch screen at a time. In case the tapping is repeated about the touch screen, the calculating module recognizes the number of the touch points.
