PURPOSE: A wave-dissipating block mold and a wave-dissipating block manufactured by the same are provided to prevent safety accidents through a nonskid effect due to a concavo-convex part and to maximize a wave-dissipating effect by maximizing the contact area of waves. CONSTITUTION: A wave-dissipating block mold (F) comprises frame pulverized bodies and multiple molding members (10A). The frame pulverized bodies are coupled with one another in order to form an inner molding space (11) fitting the form of a wave-dissipating block. The multiple molding members are arranged in the inner surface of the molding space and have a concave part (211b) or a convex part (211a), or a concavo-convex part. The wave-dissipating block is manufactured by a wave-dissipating block mold and has a nonskid part on the external surface.
