摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying roasted ground coffee beans, capable of obtaining a coffee beverage reduced with the peculiar flavor and aroma of robusta species.SOLUTION: A production process for coffee beans of grinding the surface of raw beans of robusta species coffee and then scattering water in roasting process is provided by performing very rough grinding in grinding the obtained roasted coffee beans to liberate internal silver skins at the inside of the beans from the roughly ground beans, and after removing the silver skins by suction together with fine powdery particles, further grinding them to a prescribed basal granular degree.
