PURPOSE: A smart stamp system and a using method thereof are provided to synchronize a smart phone and a smart stamp, thereby improving the efficiency of services. CONSTITUTION: A stamp application for act of system components is installed to a smart phone (100). A smart stamp (200) generates a touch event on the screen of the smart phone. When the touch event occurs, a touch even signal is transmitted to a stamp dock (300) by wireless. The stamp dock transmits the touch event signal to a server (400). The smart phone transmits a touch event signal generated on the screen of the smart phone to the server. The server synchronizes the touch event signal generated in the smart phone and the touch event signal transmitted from the smart stamp.
