PURPOSE: An insulating structure is provided that the urethane foam composition is filled up the internal space of the insulation structure and the insulation effect is improved. CONSTITUTION: An insulating structure comprises an outer case(10), an inner case(20), and a foaming insulation layer(30). The outer case comprises a floor side(11) and a boundary side(12), the inner case comprises a floor side(21) and a boundary side(22), and a seal flange(23). The boundary side is low than the boundary side part of the outer case. The floor insulation space is formed between the floor side of the inner case and the floor side of the outer case. The circumference insulation space is formed the boundary side of the inner case and circumference of the outer case. The seal flange shuts tight the circumference insulation space. The foaming insulation layer is formed into the urethane foam composition of the low temperature vulcanizing which the water is used for chemical blowing agent. |
