PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable data transmission between a TIP panel and a reactor core performance computer even when intervals between reading positions of the TIP panel and the reactor core performance computer are different from each other.SOLUTION: A TIP interface device 100 outputs a neutron flux level signal as a representative value to a reactor core performance computer 3 for each section having a number less than that of TIP information inputs on the basis of a TIP information input constituted of a plurality of sets of TIP position signals at respective measurement positions from a TIP panel 2 and neutron flux level signals corresponding thereto. The TIP interface device 100 includes: a representative value definition section 130 that determines sections for a plurality of TIP position signal values and defines a representative value determination reference for determining a representative value of the neutron flux level signals for each section; a representative value definition storage section 140 for storing the determination reference of the representative value; and a determination processing section 120 for outputting the representative value for each section with the TIP information input and the representative value determination reference from the representative value definition section 130 as inputs. |
