PURPOSE: A waste wire recycling device increases the recycling of manufactured waste wire powder by manufacturing high-quality waste wire powder with various processes. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion part (100) heats a wire sheath and extrudes the wire sheath in a paste form. A processing part (200) processes the wire sheath in the paste form automatically supplied from the extrusion part into a film form. A grinding part (400) grinds the wire sheath in the film form automatically supplied from the processing part into a particle form. A powder part (600) processes the wire sheath in the particle form automatically supplied from the grinding part in a powder form. A cooling transfer part (700) automatically transfers and cools the wire sheath processed in the powder form by the powder part. |
