PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device which supplies sufficient oil pressure to a clutch capable of blocking power transmission between an engine output shaft and a drive wheel and operates the clutch when an internal combustion engine is in an unactuated state during vehicle travelling, and to provide a vehicle.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 10 includes: a normally closed clutch 60 as a friction clutch capable of blocking power transmission between an engine output shaft and a driving wheel, and when a force for operating changeover of an engaged state and a disengaged state does not act, being in an engaged state, and capable of being operated to be in a released state by receiving oil pressure supply; and an oil pressure supply device 110 including an oil pump capable of being actuated by receiving mechanical power from the driving wheel, and capable of supplying an oil pressure to the normally closed clutch 60. Even while an internal combustion engine is in an unactuated state by an idle reduction function during vehicle travelling, the oil pressure supply device 110 supplies the oil pressure to the normally closed clutch 60. |
