PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer further reduced in size and height.SOLUTION: An electrostatic atomizer includes: a substrate 2, a pair of thermoelectric elements 4 mounted on the substrate 2, a discharge electrode 10 connected onto the paired thermoelectric elements 4; and a counter electrode 12 forming an electric field with the discharge electrode 10. The counter electrode 12 is directly mounted on the substrate 2, whereby the atomizer is compactly formed. |
