PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion press device capable of sufficiently discharging compressed air within a container before starting extrusion as well as shortening the process time of a burp cycle.SOLUTION: An extrusion press device is configured such that there are provided a plurality of hydraulic valves configured to supply pressurized oil within a main cylinder, that activates before a stem for pressing a billet and a container moves backward, to a container cylinder, and a hydraulic valve configured to discharge the pressurized oil within the main cylinder into a tank, and the hydraulic valve is connected by a hydraulic pipe path and at the same time, the main cylinder and the container cylinder are made capable of communicating with each other and the container is moved backward by the pressurized oil supplied within the container cylinder and accumulated under pressure. |
