PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing variator parts of a continuously variable transmission, capable of reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A method includes passing a hard broach tool 18 through a hard turning inner diameter part 17 of a workpiece 16 formed by cutting a cylinder inner diameter part in a previous process of hard turning, thereby cutting the hard turning inner diameter part 17 to alternately form cylindrical parts 3a and ball spline grooves 3b in a circumferential direction.
