PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication base station, a radio communication system and a control method for the same radio communication base station, capable of allocating an appropriate uplink data transmission band to a radio communication terminal.SOLUTION: A radio communication base station 1, capable of allocating a data transmission band to be transmitted from a radio communication terminal on the basis of a data amount report resident in an uplink data transmission buffer of the radio communication terminal, includes: a receiver unit 20 for receiving data transmitted from the radio communication terminal; a calculation unit 40 for calculating a data throughput received in the receiver unit 20: based on the data throughput calculated in the calculation unit 40, an estimation unit 50 for estimating a data amount resident in the uplink data transmission buffer of the radio communication terminal; and based on the data amount resident in the uplink data transmission buffer estimated by the estimation unit 50, an allocation unit 60 for allocating a data transmission band transmitted from the radio communication terminal. |
