PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call connection service system in which a user who utilizes an IP telephone line is capable of having various communication opportunities without caring of call charges and easily utilizing various telephone services such as a telephone consultation any time.SOLUTION: A voice server 20 which transmits/receives voices between user terminals 1, 1 and an IP telephone relay server 30 to which the user terminals 1, 1 can be connected via an IP telephone line 50 are connected by a telephone line, the voice server 20 receives line connection requests transmitted from the user terminals 1, 1, respectively, and containing user ID and destination conditions, and the voice server 20 receives calling signals transmitted from the user terminals 1, 1 through the IP telephone relay server 30 to the voice server 20, respectively. When the destination conditions contained in the line connection requests transmitted from both the user terminals 1, 1 are matched to each other, on the basis of the calling signals from both the user terminals 1, 1, the voice server 20 connects a mutual line between the user terminals 1, 1 via the IP telephone relay server 30 and through the voice server 20 and transmits/receives voices. |
