PURPOSE: A propelling device for a semi-submersible boat is provided to prevent the generation of pollutants and to facilitate maintenance by obtaining thrust from the force of passengers. CONSTITUTION: A propelling device for a semi-submersible boat comprises a crank shaft and a thrust unit (130). The crank shaft is rotated by the rotation force of a driving sprocket. The thrust unit comprises a cylinder (132) and a piston (142). The piston is connected to the crank shaft and linearly reciprocates inside the cylinder to repeat a suction stroke and a compression stroke. The thrust unit generates thrust by discharging water introduced by the suction stroke.
