PURPOSE: An exercise guide method is provided to offer a moving path with spared time by sparing a user for exercises. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses an exercise path guide server (S100). The user inputs available time and a destination to a screen (S200) and transmits information to a system (S300). The system generates a moving guide path in each available time (S400) and generates exercise guide map information in each available time (S500). The system transmits the generated map information to the user (S600).
