PURPOSE: A solar cell panel and an installation structure thereof are provided to respectively arrange the fixing portion and head portion of a nut member on the first and second sides of the leg portion of a frame, thereby preventing the release of the nut member due to vibration. CONSTITUTION: A frame includes a module joint portion (21) coupled to the circumferential edge of a solar cell module (10) and a leg portion (22) connected to the module joint portion. The module joint portion includes a front coupling portion (21a), a rear coupling portion (21b), and a side coupling portion (21c). The leg portion includes a first leg portion (22a) parallel with the side coupling portion and a second leg portion (22b) positioned in a direction perpendicular to the first leg portion. A nut member (30) is inserted into a hole formed in the second leg portion to fix thereto. The nut member includes a head portion (31), a rivet portion (32) connected to the head portion, and a fixing portion (33) positioned in one end of the rivet portion. |
