PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil of a multi-refill type including a mechanical pencil lead in which the lead is prevented from breaking even if the drawing-out operation of the mechanical pencil lead is repeated, writing is free of directivity, a sufficient writing pressure can be obtained and a good feel of writing can be obtained because the mechanical pencil lead can be let in and out in parallel to a barrel.SOLUTION: A multi-refill type writing utensil is of a type in which a mechanical pencil lead 1 and a plurality of ballpoint refills 6 are stored in a barrel 2, and the lead and refills are selectively let in and out by the depressing operation of a knock button 21. The plurality of ballpoint refills 6 are arranged along an inner peripheral surface of the barrel 2. The mechanical pencil lead 1 is arranged in a gap part which can be the center of the plurality of ballpoint refills 6 arranged in a circle along the inner peripheral surface of the barrel 2. |
