PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas insulated device which enables the downsizing while inhibiting the deterioration of the insulation performance.SOLUTION: A wavy part 10a, which is formed on a bottom surface of a metal container 1 and changes its height in a wave manner in a circumferential direction of the metal container 1, is formed on an inner peripheral surface 10 of the metal container 1. In the wavy part 10a, a curved protruding part 1a, which protrudes from the metal container 1 toward an energization conductor 2, and a curved recess part 1b, which protrudes from the energization conductor 2 toward the metal container 1, are formed. An absorption member 5 capturing conductive foreign objects is provided in the curved recess part 1b. |
