PURPOSE: A particle filtering apparatus is provided to facilitate tests for diagnostic check. CONSTITUTION: A particle filtering apparatus comprises: a fluid path (100) forming a passage for moving sample (1); and a sound wave generator (200) generating sound wave (2), and applying acoustic emanation power to the sample by delivering sound wave passing the fluid path. At least one particle (11) in the sample is filtered by the sound wave. The particle filtering apparatus comprises a flow generating apparatus (300) generating a flow in the sample by adding a driving force. The fluid path has a curved part having at least one curve.
