PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in reliability of a memory.SOLUTION: A control unit 1 refreshes a first storage section (a storage section 2-1 in the example of Fig. 1) enabling writing and reading at a first refresh period (T1), refreshes second storage sections (storage sections 2-2 to 2-n in the example of Fig. 1) enabling writing and inhibiting reading at a second refresh period (T2) shorter than the first refresh period, and, when detecting the fault of the first storage section, enables reading from the second storage section (the storage section 2-2 in the example of Fig. 1). |
