PURPOSE: A PSC I-girder is provided to improve economic efficiency by extending the space between girders and decreasing the number of girders arranged in each span by 20% or more. CONSTITUTION: A PSC I-girder comprises upper and lower flanges (10, 20) and a web. The PSC I-girder has a regular span length. The PSC I-girder for a highway bridge has 20-50 m of span length. The PSC I-girder has 1.30-2.80 m of depth. The lower flange has 0.70-1.0 m of width. The upper flange has 2.00-2.50 m of width. The predetermined section of the upper flange thickens by the entire surface, the upper surface, or the lower surface. |
